What kind of floor plan can I upload?

Any legible 2D plan: a CAD export, a PDF page screenshotted to image, an estate agent's listing plan, or a hand-drawn sketch. The clearer the wall lines and room labels, the closer the 3D render follows your layout. Photos of printed plans work as long as the image is straight and in focus.

Are the room proportions accurate to my plan?

Wall positions, room shapes and relative proportions follow the drawing closely. This is a visualisation, not a surveyed model — do not use the output for construction, quantity take-offs or planning submissions. For marketing, listings and client concept work it is accurate enough to read the layout at a glance.

What is the difference between the four render styles?

Realistic 3D gives a photographic interior view. Isometric Dollhouse shows the whole floor from above at an angle with the roof removed — best for listings. Architectural White Model is an uncoloured massing model for concept presentations. Furnished Top-Down is a flat overhead plan with furniture drawn in.

Can I control whether rooms are furnished?

Yes. The Furnishing option switches between furnished and unfurnished output. Unfurnished keeps the focus on layout and volume; furnished adds beds, sofas, tables and fixtures scaled to each room so the space reads as habitable.

Does it handle multi-storey plans?

Upload one storey at a time for the best result. A plan sheet containing several floors side by side will render, but the model treats it as a single level. Run each floor separately and present them as a set.
