3.4 Deceptive or Fraudulent Use

• Deepfakes intended to mislead, defraud, or impersonate individuals
• Identity theft or misuse of another person’s likeness without consent
• Political manipulation, election interference, or misinformation campaigns

4. Rights, Ownership & Consent

• Users must own or have lawful rights to all images uploaded to Pixalto.app.
• Users are responsible for obtaining consent from individuals appearing in images.
• Pixalto does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content.
• Pixalto may temporarily process content solely to provide requested services.

5. Enforcement & Moderation

Pixalto reserves the right to:

• Automatically or manually review content
• Reject or remove content that violates this policy
• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts for repeated or severe violations
