Pixalto may offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period. You may be required to provide billing information to sign up for the Free Trial.
Fee Changes
Pixalto may modify Subscription fees at any time. Any fee changes will become effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle.
At Pixalto.app, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines our approach to refunds, inspired by industry best practices, including payments 5 days refund policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
1. 5 days Refund Window
Refund requests can be submitted within 5 days of the original purchase date. This applies to all subscription plans and pay-as-you-go 20 credits purchased on our platform.
2. Conditions for Refund
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- The service or product was not delivered as described.
- There were technical issues that prevented you from using the platform, and our support team was unable to resolve the problem.
- Accidental purchases, provided the service has not been used.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Refunds will not be granted for unused subscription periods beyond the 5 days window.
- Refunds are not applicable if the service has been fully utilized or credits have been consumed.
- If misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is detected, the refund request will be denied.

Refund Method
