Realistic 3D produces a photographic interior view for client presentations. Isometric Dollhouse lifts the roof and shows the whole floor at an angle — the format buyers understand fastest in a listing. Architectural White Model strips colour back to pure massing for early concept work. Furnished Top-Down keeps the overhead plan view but draws furniture in, bridging the gap between a technical drawing and a sales image.
Your layout, not a generic template
The render follows the plan you uploaded. Wall positions, room shapes, door and window openings and the relative size of each room are read from the drawing rather than substituted from a library. Label your rooms in the source plan and the furniture placed in each one matches its function — beds in bedrooms, a hob and sink run in the kitchen, sanitary fittings in the bathroom.
