It reads the geometry — walls, windows, floor plane, camera angle — and keeps them fixed while replacing furniture, materials and lighting to match the style you picked. Because the structure is preserved, the result looks like your room rather than a stock render.

Can it furnish an empty room?

Yes. Set Mode to "Furnish empty room" and the AI places furniture, rugs, lighting and decor into a bare space. This is the option most people want for virtual staging before a property listing. Use "Redesign existing" instead when the room already has furniture you want restyled.

Will it keep my room's actual layout and windows?

Yes, in almost all cases. The model treats walls, window positions, door openings and ceiling height as fixed. What changes is everything movable plus surface finishes. If you need a structural change, describe it in the optional instructions field and results will vary more.

Which design styles are available?

Ten: Modern, Scandinavian, Minimalist, Industrial, Bohemian, Mid-Century Modern, Coastal, Japandi, Traditional and Luxury. You can also type free-form instructions to combine styles or specify materials, such as "walnut cabinets and brass fixtures".

Is this good enough for real estate listings?

For marketing images, yes — output is full-resolution and photorealistic. Note that many real estate boards require virtually staged photos to be disclosed as such. Check your local MLS rules and label the image accordingly.

Each preset carries its own palette, material language and lighting temperature rather than just changing the furniture silhouette.
