Does it add the title text for me?

No, and that is deliberate. The cover is composed with clear, uncluttered space where a headline normally sits, so you add the text in RedNote's own editor with your own font and wording. Generated text tends to render with subtle character errors, which is fatal in Chinese.

Will my product or face still look like itself?

Yes. The tool edits your uploaded photo rather than generating a new scene, so the subject's shape, colours and identifying details carry through. The aesthetic changes the lighting, palette, props and framing around it.
