Furnished Top-Down keeps the overhead plan view but draws furniture in, bridging the gap between a technical drawing and a sales image.
Your layout, not a generic template
The render follows the plan you uploaded. Wall positions, room shapes, door and window openings and the relative size of each room are read from the drawing rather than substituted from a library. Label your rooms in the source plan and the furniture placed in each one matches its function — beds in bedrooms, a hob and sink run in the kitchen, sanitary fittings in the bathroom.
